He was with us every step of the way until we took possession of the home and continued to stay in touch with us to follow up and make sure that everything was ok. Any minor changes that had to be made, Brad was on top and made sure they were addressed. This is a local builder who build for edmontonians and who takes pride in his work and the community. We are very happy with the house that we purchased and trusted Brad to finish the un-finished basement based on some basic drawings and the expectation that it would have a similar look and feel as it did on the main floors. To that end, Brad did a great job of completing the remaining work to our satisfaction and did so as quickly as possible. He was responsive to issues that needed to be addressed over the course of the year and was easy to work with. The house itself was innovative in its design and stood out among the many similar houses we saw in the area. There were also many little touches that added to the overall experience of the house including night-time lighting for the stairs, motion sensors for the closets and other little details that made it easy to settle into the home.
